Would you like personalized attention? Privates are great to help refine your practice, if you have an injury, if you are new to yoga, or if you have something specific that you would like to work on.  I love teaching private lessons to individuals, couples, families and friends. Private sessions are a wonderful opportunity to answer questions and concerns that there may not be time to address in group classes or workshops.

Private lessons can be structured however you like. They can be Questions and Answers or they can focus on healthy living topics, specific yoga poses or alignment principles... We will co-create a session that fits and address your particular needs & desires around building health,  deepening alignment, & expanding peace & joy.

One of my Yoga specialties is Therapeutic Yoga for Pain & Stress relief.  Private lessons are highly recommended if you have back, neck , knee, shoulder, wrist, or hip problems or are recovering from surgery or injuries. Or if you are coping with health issues such as chronic fatigue, arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, heart disease, high blood pressure, headaches, women's health issues, etc., Many health conditions can be helped by planning a yoga program just for you and modifying yoga poses to fit your needs and abilities.  The in-depth attention of a private lesson can help you understand how to address and use yoga so that your yoga practice is truly healing and nurturing.
Private lessons are also recommended for experienced yoga students who wish to expand their persoanl yoga practice and explore the Alignment Principles on a deeper level.  Follow-up sessions are available daily, weekly, monthly or even yearly as is appropriate to your proximity and individual situation.
