- Each person will need a yoga mat (I have some for borrow or you can purchase one from me) comfortable clothing
- I-pod player or speaker, computer or CD player to use for music (optional)

IN HOSTING YOGA CLASSES:
- Full subsidy : Employer offers the classes free of charge to the employee.
- Partial subsidy : Class fee is shared by employee and employer.
- Hosting : Employer offers a space in the office for the class time and employees individually pay for classes.

ABOUT MY YOGA CLASSES
Our yoga classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group. Most of our classes are all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners.
Practicing yoga at least twice a week is recommended, but even once a week will have noticeable results.
