 HOW IT WORKS
This class is Donation based.  A donation is the sacred act of giving--as it is important to honor an exchange of energy & value. When you come to class, simply sign-in & put your donation in the box. There is a suggested donation of $10 per class. Suggested donation means that if you can put $10 in the box, please do.   If you are not in a position to do so, contribute what you can. It is an honor system.  The $10 dollar donation is not meant as a bottom or a top limit… if you are in a position to donate more, it will be greatly appreciated.  If, for some reason you cannot pay anything, then some opportunities for Seva (Service) is available in exchange for attending class.  Contact Sherry Joy about Seva exchange.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS 2012: Yoga is 4 Every-Body
 

 WHAT TO EXPECT​
This class is accessible to everyone, beginners and experienced students alike, regardless of your flexibility or fitness level.  The class will combine vinyasa flow of body & breath (pranayama) along with centering practices. 
Who does this yoga? Everyone. Really! The beauty of this yoga is that it is challenging enough for all, yet not too extreme and therefore accessible to everyone. The ages of my students have ranged from 8 to 80. Yoga has many benefits for all ages of life.

This class is about yoga with awareness & allows room for adapting to your own level & pace.  It's about honoring & starting where you are and focusing, enjoying & expanding from there.  Come as you are! Leave feeling better!
This practice is not about pushing, muscling or fighting to get into poses; but rather a way to explore your own edge mindfully & playfully as you grow your practice, strengthen your body, expand your heart and free your mind.

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT CLASS INFO

Please arrive to class 15 minutes early (especially New Students) Everyone must fill out a waiver before class begins & let the teacher know if you have any injuries or health issues.

This class will begin on-time, promptly 10am.   

Please turn off or silence your phone when you arrive.  All cell phone use is to be done outside of the class space.

Please do not apply perfume, scented oils or lotions just prior to entering the studio. Some students have odor sensitivities and/or allergies.

Have fun! There is no judgment, no fashion show, just great yoga and great people!
