Sherry Joy has spent over 20 years studying, working, teaching & coaching in the fields of health & wellness, fitness, and natural health & healing modalities. Since childhood, she has had a fascination with of the human body & health, the intrigue of the human mind & the beauty of the human spirit & nature. When Sherry Joy discovered Yoga she found a practice & approach which brings together the balance of all parts of ourselves.  She has practiced, studied & taught yoga for over 12 years, primarily influenced by the style of Anusara Yoga.
​Sherry Joy has an ability to skillfully weave the bio-mechanics of alignment principles & heart-inspiring themes with clear communication & playfulness as she brings a sensitivity to the varying needs of each unique individual.

Her approach to teaching & coaching stems from the intention to help others become deeply re-inspired about their lives; to explore their innate goodness, passion, and joy; and to feel more empowered as well as to help relieve any physical and emotional pain.  Her system of techniques help you to connect more deeply with your own center and source of peace & joy while energizing, strengthening & opening the body, mind and heart.

The belief here is that Yoga  is for "EVERY-BODY", because yoga is a way of being & is about  connection & alignment WITHIN your body & WITH YOURSELF -- no matter what your physical body type is.
